Unless I want to shoot in 20 degree weather with my fingers frozen together, I need to get out with my camera as much as possible in the next few weeks.  With winter coming (along with the 85 predicted inches of snow) I don’t think I’ll be extremely inspired to go for a drive.  Although I have always wanted to do a fashion winter shoot…any takers?

Anyways…last minute I called my friend to see if she wanted to go out for a day of shooting with another friend of mine who’s just jumping into the photography world.  What a willing subject this girl is!    The consversation went kind of like, “I want to go out shooting.  Want to be a guinea pig again?”  “Sure!”  No begging…no pleading needed.  Always so willing to just go with the flow.  (See the post where I put her through balloon mania)  I claim her as my sister.  I don’t have any fleshly sisters, so I make my own family up!

I laughed so hard with both girls I just about peed my pants.  No joke.  The guy running by wondering why she was staring intently at a leaf just about did me in.  Long story.

My favorite shot?  The black and white one.  You’ll see.

I’ve written, erased, rewritten, re-erased and rewritten this post.  I’m SO pleased with these photos that I just don’t know how to put it into words.  So, I won’t.  Just look.  This is a beautiful senior inside and out.  Thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph you.  I had a blast with you and your mom.
